Kenzie's 1st Thomas Engine Cake

Huahh, this is kinda' the hardest order that I have ever received. The birthday boy allergic to many things (milk, egg, nuts, chocolate, etc, etc). Luckily, I found some non-allergic recipe and with some trial & error, finally can create this cupcake. Basic is banana flavor. Although is kinda' mushy and not as soft as regular cupcake, it's quite ok.

Luckily again, Yorie (Kenzie's mom) said that the birthday cake can use regular chocolate cake. So, here it is...tadah...Still not satisfied with the outcome, but I guess this will be my own target to create better & better cake.

2nd B'day Cake for Timothy!

A simple b'day cake for Timothy. Since he loves Pluto and dogs soooo much, here it is....all the dogs celebrating with him as well. Cake are made with vanilla cheese flavour and covered with edible decoration. Everything are edible, well...except the cake board of course... :)

Mom's B'day Cake - Indri's order

Kue ini dipesan oleh Indri untuk ulang tahun mamanya tercinta. Merupakan tantangan tersendiri karena:

1. Cuaca lembab seperti ini membuat fondant susah untuk kering

2. Membuat figurine berjilbab pendek

Setelah perjuangan melawan hujan badai (mulai lebay...), akhirnya jadilah kue ini. Isi dalam adalah kue coffee chocolate with buttercream cappucino. Trus, cerita untuk figurinenya adalah sang mama yang tertidur di depan tv karena menunggu anaknya yg pulang malam terus (akibat kerjaan yah, ndri hehehe)...
